近年来,湖南旺德府木业有限公司(以下简称旺德府)业务员的严重流失已成为制约旺德府进一步发展的瓶颈之一。如何留住人才、激励人才成为旺德府人力资源管理的核心内容。本文通过对旺德府业务员的访谈和调查分析,从外部环境和内部环境两方面对业务员流失产生主要影响的因素进行研究,并分析公司在业务员招聘、培训以及激励机制中存在的问题,结合相关激励理论,提出通过改善员工工作环境、建立人员流失预警机制、薪酬福利激励、职业生涯规划等一系列措施,来提高业务员对公司的忠诚度。
