在卡车行业竞争日趋激烈的形势下,各大厂商大打“服务牌”已是常态。“买车,买服务”越来越成为用户购车的重要考量因素,甚至对购买起着决定性作用。2009年8月,一汽解放对“感动服务”进行大幅升级,希望以此全面提升服务品质,赢得广大用户的认可,在激烈的市场竞争中占得先机。
In the increasingly competitive situation in the truck industry, the major manufacturers fight “service card ” is the norm. “Buying a car, buying service ” has become an increasingly important factor for users to buy a car, and even plays a decisive role in buying. In August 2009, FAW’s liberation greatly escalated its “moving service” and hoped to enhance its service quality in an all-round way and win the recognition of the majority of users, thus taking the lead in the fierce market competition.
