对石油企业干部管理中存在的问题进行了论述,认为存在着缺少对员工队伍的职业规划、人才专业分布不合理、人才重使用轻发展等问题,并提出了提升人事管理效能的措施,即建立有效的人才激励机制、加强员工职业规划管理、加强员工的学习培训等措施。
This paper discusses the problems existing in the management of petroleum enterprises, considers that there are some problems such as the lack of professional planning for the workforce, the unreasonable distribution of talents and the light development of talents, and puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of personnel management, namely, establishing Effective talent incentive mechanism, strengthening employee career planning and management, staff training and other measures to strengthen.
