羊水总胆碱酯酶(TchE)活性测定是目前在胎儿开放性缺损的产前诊断中一项重要的生化指标。本文正常妊娠正常羊水TchE活性6.86±4.29mu/ml,阳性结果分隔点15.44mu/ml。本文认为羊水TchE活性与孕龄变化无关,且不受羊水标本的轻度血污染影响,故而有效地克服了羊水胎甲球旦白(AFP)测定的两个主要缺点。本方法与B型超声波及母体血清和羊水AFP测定等联合应用,可提高胎儿开放性缺损的产前诊断率。本文同时对实验方法学进行了讨论。
Determination of amniotic fluid total cholinesterase (TchE) activity is currently an important biochemical indicator of prenatal diagnosis of fetal open defect. This article normal pregnancy normal amniotic fluid TchE activity 6.86 ± 4.29mu / ml, the positive results of separation points 15.44mu / ml. This paper argues that amniotic fluid TchE activity has nothing to do with changes in gestational age, and is not affected by mild blood contamination of amniotic fluid specimens, and thus effectively overcome the amniotic fluid fetal ball white protein (AFP) determination of the two main drawbacks. This method combined with B ultrasound and maternal serum and amniotic fluid AFP determination can increase the prenatal diagnosis rate of fetal open defect. This article also discusses the experimental methodology.
