儿科是一个被我们医务人员称为“哑科”的护理单元,由于患儿的年龄小,无生活自理能力,不会直接表达情感,而且又活泼好动,语言表达也不完善,因次护理人员在护理过程中与患儿进行语言交流较困难,同时由于社会的进步,家长对孩子的重视程度和保护意识越来越强,对护理质量的要求也逐步提高,所以在儿科的护理过程中,采用语言沟通加非语言沟通技巧起到了非常好的效果。使护患之间和谐发展,互相配合。现将我科两年来160例患儿护理体会报道如下。
