文化创意产业的核心竞争力源自文化创意产品的功能创新及精神内涵。文化创意人才是文化创意产品核心竞争力的根源,而创意教育是人才成长的基础。文章从分析文化创意产品核心竞争力的现状出发,以我国高等艺术设计教育为例,剖析人才培养存在的关键问题,提出以象征文化为途径,加强文化创意的内涵教育,以期培养高素质的艺术设计人才,提升我国文化创意产业的核心竞争力。
The core competitiveness of cultural and creative industries originates from the functional innovation and spiritual connotation of cultural and creative products. Cultural and creative talents are the source of the core competitiveness of cultural and creative products, and creative education is the basis for the growth of talents. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the core competitiveness of cultural and creative products, the article analyzes the key problems existing in personnel training with the example of advanced art and design education in our country. It proposes to strengthen the connotation education of cultural creativity through symbolic culture in order to cultivate high quality art Design talent to enhance the core competitiveness of China’s cultural and creative industries.
