通过对GCr15钢真空加热淬火和盐浴加热淬火的多次对比试验,研究了真空加热条件下奥氏体化温度和时间对奥氏体实际晶粒度的影响。结果表明,对于GCr15钢,在相同的奥氏体化温度下,当保温系数相同时,真空与盐浴加热后的晶粒大小几乎没有什么差别,在误差范围之内,当真空加热的保温系数4倍于盐浴加热时,其奥氏体晶粒度相差不超过半级;即使真空加热的保温系数12倍于盐浴加热时,前者的奥氏体实际晶粒度也只不过比后者约大一级。因此完全不必担心所谓真空热处理会促使晶粒长大的问题,文中给出了显示GCr15钢奥氏体实际晶粒的较佳浸蚀规范。
