近些年,脑海中总会闪现一些零散的碎片,浮现一个又一个的问题。这些碎片虽然断断续续,但却逐渐接连成线,透视出较为深层的问题与原由。现稍作梳理。问题切入——零散碎片上的映现当今社会,在物欲和功利遮蔽之下,我们看不到美的事物,行不得善的事情,不知道真在何处。具体到音乐教育和公民音乐素养上,存在很多问题值得深思。一方面,基础音乐教育的缺失:表现为一是50岁以上人群识谱率极低;二是专业音乐师资力量薄弱(这里非指学校专业教师的指数,而是专业上的修养);三是课标执行走样,不注重“双基”教学;四是器乐进课堂落实不到位,中小学器乐类集体项目的训练和展演凤毛麟角。
