冠心病有一系列复杂的病因和病程,而中西医学对冠心病的认识首先是从临床症状开始,即从剧烈心痛开始。内经一书中有“心痛”,“厥心痛”,“真心痛”的记载,根据症状描述与心绞痛相似。 1973年以来我们在门诊对冠心病心绞痛的患者试行中医分型,以自制通冠活血丸和通冠理气丸进行临床疗效观察兹将疗程满一月以上的37例小结如下:
