国务院总理李克强6月25日主持召开国务院常务会议,部署做好粮食收储和仓储设施建设工作,研究决定完善农产品价格和市场调控机制,确定促进产业转移和重点产业布局调整的政策措施。会议指出,粮食一头连着亿万农民,一头连着千家万户。近年来我国粮食持续增产,今年夏粮丰收已成定局,但仓容总体紧张,部分地区严重不足。做好粮食收储既是当前紧迫工作,也是长期任务,事关重大。要多措并举,加强收储和仓储设施建设,确保粮食颗粒归仓。一要大力促销腾库,采取定向销售等办法,消化临储粮和陈粮,为新粮腾出仓容。结合近期对国务院决策部署落实情况的全面督查,开展专项检查,确保所有国家粮仓用于储粮,对挪作他用的,要坚决纠正、严肃问责。二要创新投融资方式,引导社 Li Keqiang, premier of the State Council, presided over a standing conference of the State Council on June 25, deployed to do a good job of grain storage and storage facilities, studied and decided to perfect agricultural product prices and market regulation and control mechanisms, and determined policies and measures to promote industrial transfer and adjustment of key industrial layouts.
