目的探讨试剂温度对血液分析仪红细胞检测的影响.方法将稀释液和溶血剂分别放置在8℃、20℃和32℃不同温度条件下,用Hemalaser3血液分析仪平行检测42份抗凝静脉血.结果两种试剂在8℃.20℃和32℃时,红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)和平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)测定值基本一致(P>0.05),红细胞比积(HCT)和平均红细胞体积(MCV)随温度升高而增大(P<0.01),HCT结果(xs,下同)分别为04000.0455.0.4280.508和0.4430.528L/L;MCV分别为83.87.6、88.68.0和91.37.9fl.平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)和红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)随温度升高而降低(P<0.01).MCHC分别为372.09.8、346.97.2和334.68.2g/L;RDW分别为14.72.3、12.82.4和11.42.1%.结论血液分析仪使用和质控中应控制试剂温度在适当范围内.“,”Objective To explore the effect of different temperature of reagents on red blood cell (RBC) detendnation by automatic hematology analyzer for quality control.Msthods Forty two samples of anticoagUlative venous blood were determined by automatic hematology analyzer (Hemalaser 3) with the dilute solution and hemolysin at different temperatures 8C\' 20C and 32C respectiveIy. Results It was shown what hemoglobin (HGB) and mean corpuscuIar hemoglobin(MCH)were nearly identieaI when the tWo reagents were aI 8C.20C and 32C(P>0.05).Hematocrit(HCT) and mean corpuscular volume(MCV) increased with increase of temperature (P<0.01).The HCT were 0.400 0.0455, 0.428 0.508 and 0.443 0.528L/L(x s)respectively,MCV were 83.8 7.6. 88.6 8.0 和 91.3 7.9fl(x s). Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) and red blood cells volume distribution width (RDW) decreased as the temperature increased (P<0.01). MCHC were 372.0 9.8.346.9 7.2 and 334.6 8.2g/L (x s) and RDW were 14.7 2.3. 12.8 2.4 and 11.4 2.1% (x s)respectively. Conclusion The Iemperature of reagents must be controlled within appropriate range during application of automatic hemaology analyzer and quality control.
