在今年6月举办的一次北京贞亨利单凹机技术研讨会上,湖南某烟包印刷厂提出,在印制白卡纸“山茶”烟包中遇到了困难:“山茶”烟包原来是由胶印机印制的,网目调部分过渡平和,自然协调,但红色实地不饱满,前后印品色差严重,印金光泽度也不高。改用卷筒纸凹印机印刷,虽然实地饱满了,印金光泽度也达到了设计要求,可网目调图像的过渡却很生硬,尽管采用了静电吸墨,可问题仍然存在,与原设计要求的风格不一致。为此,该厂提出可否采用胶凹结合工艺来解决这一问题。与会专家认为,此烟包采用胶凹结合印刷的难度在于主体图案中红色网目调部分与红色实地部分如何衔接,以实现自然过渡。
At a Beijing Chenhengli single-convex technology seminar held in June this year, a cigarette pack printing factory in Hunan proposed that it encountered difficulties in printing white cardboard and “camellia” cigarette packs: “Mountain Tea” and “Cigar” The original package was printed by an offset printing press. The halftone transition was peaceful and harmonious, but the red field was not full. The color difference between the front and the back was severe, and the gloss of the printed gold was not high. Instead of using a web gravure printing machine, although the field is full, the gold gloss has also reached the design requirements, but the transition of the mesh tone image is very stiff. Despite the use of electrostatic ink, the problem still exists. The style of design requirements is inconsistent. For this reason, the plant proposed whether it could solve this problem by using a gel-and-concave bonding process. Experts at the meeting believed that the difficulty of printing with cigarette-and-concave-combination printing on cigarette packs is how the red-mesh tune and the red-field part of the main design pattern converge to achieve a natural transition.
