陶瓷,特别是近年来引人注目的新陶瓷或细陶瓷的效率化切削加工,目前取得成功之例甚少,这是由于陶瓷所具有的“硬度”及“脆性”,阻碍着陶瓷的切削加工。最近,笔者在研究室进行了高温切削陶瓷的试验。虽然还在准备实验的阶段,但得到的结果表明,其成功的可能性相当大。介绍如下:陶瓷之所以难切削,原因就在于它的硬度和脆性,而这两点都可以在高温条件下大幅度得到改善。图1是几种细陶瓷材料,在高温条件下强度变化
