甘肃厂坝铅锌矿Ⅱ号矿体硫化矿矿石组成简单,主要有用矿物有黄铁矿、闪锌矿和方铅矿,其他有用矿物含量较少。铅、锌氧化率都在8%以下,原矿品位高、储量大,矿石易选。为给建厂设计提供依据,在小型试验的基础上,对Ⅱ号矿体硫化矿进行规模为60(公斤/小时)的连续浮选试验,试验流程及条件与小型试验大致相同。其原则流程为优先选铅,铅粗精矿再磨经四次精选得铅精矿;选铅尾矿进行锌硫混合浮选,混合精矿在高碱度介质中进行锌、硫浮选分离得硫精矿,锌经两次精选得锌精矿。
