本文分析了高压水纵向流过不同形状的通道时影响两相摩擦压降的各种因素。在综合分析的基础上,引入了一个无量纲的参量 R_f,提出了一个计算不同形状通道的两相摩擦倍增因子的无量纲综合关系式。其参数范围为压力 p=70—155公斤力/厘米~2;质量流速 G=415—2775公斤/米~2·秒;真实含汽量 x=10~(-4)—0.58。数据分散度为±20%。
This paper analyzes various factors that affect the pressure drop of two-phase friction when the high-pressure water flows longitudinally through different shaped channels. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, a dimensionless parameter R_f is introduced, and a dimensionless comprehensive relationship between two phase frictional multiplication factors of different shape channels is proposed. The parameters of the range of pressure p = 70-155 kg / cm ~ 2; mass flow rate G = 415-2775 kg / m ~ 2 · sec; true steam content x = 10 ~ (-4) -0.58. Data dispersion is ± 20%.
