目的探讨初次接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中男性的心理健康及社会支持状况。方法采用基本情况问卷、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、社会支持量表(social support rating scale,SSRS),在进入治疗周期时对初次接受IVF-ET治疗的男性进行调查。结果初次接受IVF-ET治疗中男性焦虑、抑郁、社会支持得分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在IVF-ET治疗中,居住地、文化程度不同男性的焦虑、抑郁评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同家庭收入男性的抑郁评分差异有统计学意义(F=4.426,P=0.013),社会支持与焦虑、抑郁得分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论初次接受IVF-ET治疗的男性社会支持越高,其焦虑、抑郁越低。而居住在农村、文化程度低者更严重。
Objective To investigate the mental health and social support status of men undergoing initial IVF-ET (IVF-ET). Methods The basic situation questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and social support rating scale (SSRS) At the beginning of the treatment cycle, men who were initially treated with IVF-ET were investigated. Results The IVF-ET treatment male anxiety, depression, social support scores were higher than the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), in the IVF-ET treatment, residence and education of different male anxiety, There was a significant difference in depression scores between two groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference in depression scores among men with different family incomes (F = 4.426, P = 0.013), and social support was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression ). Conclusions The higher male social support for first-time IVF-ET treatment is, the lower the anxiety and depression are. However, living in rural areas, the lower education level is more serious.
