“学习是神经系统可塑性的一种表现,是条件化的过程。记忆是保持和回忆过去经验的能力,是学习后行为变化的保持和储存。”这是对于学习和记忆的准确定义,可以看出,学习侧重获得,而记忆注重储存。因此,学习和记忆密不可分。没有学习,便不能产生记忆;没有记忆,学习也就没有很大的意义。因此,想要促进学习,必须得学会如何科学地记忆,如何把学习的知识记得更持久、更加牢固。而要想获得长期记忆,就必须了解长期记忆的五种通路,并且利用好这五种通路,以促进你的长期记忆,改进我们的学习方法,从而获得最优的学习效果。
