近来,肺循环的代谢功能日益受到重视。肺循环的代谢功能包括摄取、灭活或激活某些循环血液中的化合物;合成并释放另一些物质。这些代谢活动对肺血管及气道平滑肌张力、肺微血管通透性、全肺和局部肺血流以及体循环动脉血压等功能有重要影响。本文重点介绍血管活性激素和神经递质在肺中的代谢和释放及其在肺循环的生理性调节和病理生理反应中的作用。
Recently, the metabolic function of the pulmonary circulation has received increasing attention. The metabolic functions of the pulmonary circulation include the uptake, inactivation or activation of certain circulating blood compounds; the synthesis and release of other substances. These metabolic activities of pulmonary vascular and airway smooth muscle tone, pulmonary microvascular permeability, pulmonary and regional pulmonary blood flow and systemic arterial blood pressure and other functions have a significant impact. This article focuses on the metabolism and release of vasoactive hormones and neurotransmitters in the lungs and their role in the physiological regulation of pulmonary circulation and pathophysiological responses.
