用漂浮导管(Swan-Ganz导管)监测血流动力学变化,一般必须有精密的压力监测系统以指导置管,故限制了该项技术的推广应用。笔者依据右心腔内不同部位心电变化规律,结合测定不同部位平均压力变化,顺利为3例患者置入漂浮导管达左下肺小动脉。报告于下。 3例病人中女2例,20、30岁;男1例,12岁;均为嗜铬细胞瘤患者。术前ECG提示左室肥厚劳损,临床有心衰表现。于全麻和控制性降压下行
Monitoring the hemodynamic changes with a floating catheter (Swan-Ganz catheter) generally requires a sophisticated pressure monitoring system to guide catheterization, thus limiting the widespread use of this technology. According to the changes of ECG in different parts of right heart cavity and the change of average pressure in different parts, the author successfully put floating catheter into the left lower pulmonary artery in 3 patients.
