大多数金属切削机床导轨的磨损,是互相啃伤和磨料磨损,而且两者是同时发生。它在修理时的劳动量很大,占总修理量的40~50%,增高了修理成本。消除床身导轨啃伤及恢复导轨的办法很多,我厂自1962年开始,在C620、C630、C650等车床和HWC卧式镗床上,采用粘结塑料的方法来恢复机床导轨,取得很好效果,显著降低床身导轨的磨损速度,提高机床使用寿命,且无啃伤和划痕迹象,大大降低修理导轨的劳动量和费用。但其缺点是,耐磨性比铸铁导轨差,塑料和粘结剂系脆性材料,加工时容易碰伤,对滑动速度高或承受压强大的机床,尚不宜采用。现将几年来使用情况介绍于下。
