编辑部初审审核对稿件审理周期及效果的影响

为更好地把握新投稿件送审/退修/退稿的尺度和周期,避免一些具备一定学术价值,但因作者写作经验不足,造成稿件结构设置欠合理或重点不突出、讨论部分欠缺、摘要和结论部分不规范的稿件被责任编辑初审直接退稿,或者造成专家多次退修,以及由于责任编辑在初审阶段对于稿件质量把握不准而造成终审环节退稿等现象的发生,《环境科学研究》编辑部于2015年6月1日起执行编辑部初审审核制度。该制度实施一年多以来,稿件的审理周期和专家审查流转次数明显下降。与该制度实施前相比,专家一审后稿件即进入终审环节的比例从34.16%升至54.46%,提高了20%左右;需要专家二审的稿件比例由59.40%降至40.59%;需要专家三审及以上的稿件比例由6.44%降至4.95%。编辑部初审审核制度执行前的审理时间跨度为2年6个月左右,执行后的审理时间跨度为1年左右,相差达1年6个月,显示编辑部初审审核制度的实施使稿件审理周期大为缩短,审理效率大幅提高,效果理想。 In order to better grasp the scale and period of submitting / retiring / retiring new manuscripts, some academic values ​​should be avoided.
