于盛花期对树势中庸的4~5年生冬枣树进行环剥处理,测定不同环剥宽度枣叶片中内源IAA(生长素)、GA3(赤霉素)、ABA(脱落酸)的含量,调查当年坐果率和次年枣头枝萌芽率。结果表明,环剥宽度为1.0 cm冬枣树叶片中内源IAA、GA3、ABA之间的协调作用最明显,当年坐果率最高,为9.55%,次年枣头枝萌芽率适中,为62.45%;环剥宽度为0.7、1.0 cm冬枣树叶片中内源IAA、GA3、ABA之间的协调作用较弱,树势容易偏旺或衰弱。建议在生产上对4~5年生冬枣树采用环剥宽度为1.0 cm。
The perennial jujube trees aged 4 ~ 5 years were girdled at the flowering stage to determine the content of endogenous IAA, GA3 and ABA in different girdling width jujube leaves, Survey the year fruit setting rate and the next year buds sprouting rate. The results showed that the coordinative effect of endogenous IAA, GA3 and ABA was the most obvious in the leaves of Dongzao jujube with the 1.0 cm ring girdling width. The fruit setting rate was the highest at 9.55%. The germination rate was 62.45% on the next year. The width of girdling was 0.7 and 1.0 cm. The coordination between endogenous IAA, GA3 and ABA in winter jujube leaves was weak. Proposed in the production of 4 to 5-year-old jujube tree with a stripping width of 1.0 cm.
