一、前言高炉铁水从出铁口到炼钢厂,中间经过许多环节,温度逐渐降低。为了转炉扩大生产品种、提高钢质,改善技术经济指标、实现少渣炼钢,本公司拟引进包括脱硅、脱磷和脱硫的铁水预处理技术。这样,高炉铁水兑入转炉之前又增加了许多环节,使铁水温度进一步降低。因此,铁水温度能否满足要求就成为该项技术是否可行的关键性因素。为了弄清情况,对3号高炉(1200m~3)铁水温度的变化进行了系统测试。
