目的确立达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆的敏感本底(即食毒期),为检测达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆抗药性提供科学的理论依据。方法通过摄食试验,以世界卫生组织(WHO)提供的方法,ED95置信上限确立最适宜的灭鼠剂量;通过食毒期与其对应的死亡率,用Litchfield方法计算出达乌尔黄鼠对第2代抗凝血灭鼠剂的敏感本底。结果达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆敏感本底测定最适宜的剂量为4.87 mg/kg,食毒期为20 d。测定中动物死亡高峰出现在饲毒后第3~4 d,第10 d全部死亡。结论以0.01%浓度配制毒饵进行敏感性测定,以20 d为食毒期作为标准进行达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆的抗药性调查具有实际意义。
Objective To establish a sensitive background (immediate feeding period) of Daurian ground squirrel to bromadiolone and provide a scientific basis for the detection of Daurian ground squirrel resistance to bromadiolone. Methods The optimal dose of rodenticide was established by the feed-in test and the upper bound of ED95 with the method provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). Based on the Litchfield’s method, Generation of anticoagulant rodenticides sensitive background. Results The most suitable dose of Daurian ground squirrel for the detection of bromadiolone was 4.87 mg / kg and the poisoning period was 20 d. In the test, the peak of animal death appeared on the 3rd to 4th day after feeding and all on the 10th day. Conclusion The sensitivity of the bait for the preparation of the bait was tested at a concentration of 0.01%. The investigation of resistance to bromadiolone in Daurian ground squirrels with 20 days as the feeding period was of practical significance.
