This paper includes the following five parts: (1) ingot thermal process modeling (basic equations and our proposed mathematical model characteristics); (2) calculation results (enthalpy average temperature and solidification rate formula and a variety of transfer schedule) ; (3) Experiments were carried out on the mathematical model with AGA782 infrared thermal imager; (4) Application examples; (5) Computer optimization control of soaking furnace.
