本文在MP-1型溶出分析仪上,研究了微分电位溶出法测定尿中痕量镉的方法,镉在含有KCl Hg~?的盐酸介质中于—0.68V(vs·SCE)处有一灵敏的溶出峰,利用该峰可测定低浓度镉在5~20ng/20ml及高浓度镉在20~100ng/20ml范围内,相关系数分别为r=0.9998及0.9993,检测限为0.05ng·ml,相对标准偏差为2.8%~10.9%,加标回收率为98.2%~100.7%,应用此法对美国国家标准局(NBS?SRM-1573蕃茄叶和国家一级标样GBW-09103冻干人尿进行分析,结果令人满意。
