油:植物类食用油可增强降脂药物的效果,动物油能增加体内脂肪存贮。所以,在吃降脂类药物时,最好食用植物油,不宜食用动物油,以利增强降脂药物的功效。 盐:盐可起到调整体液和细胞之间酸碱平衡的作用,但如果在食物中过多地加入食盐,久而久之可以导致高血压。另外,食盐也可降低降压药、利尿药及肾上腺皮质激素类药物的疗效。所以在服用降压药、利尿药、肾上腺素等药物时,病人应尽量以清淡饮食为主,少食过咸的食物。
