In order to continuously improve living conditions, Japan established the “Residential Culture Research Association,” which specializes in researching and predicting the future changes in housing and corresponding countermeasures. Housewives who have the most say in housing are the housewives. Therefore, the “Culture Culture Research Society” attracts them to participate in “household participation” activities. According to their various suggestions for improvement and living requirements, the Research Institute is responsible for organizing major construction companies to purchase a piece of land and build their own ideal residence in a residential planning area, a residential exhibition area. Generally three floors, about 100 square meters, the price will be marked in the most conspicuous place for users to buy. The construction company can also launch new homes in the next show based on the residents’ opinions.
