社会在发展,组织环境也在发生着变化,越来越多的女性走上了政治领导岗位,这是妇女地位提高的重要表现,也是衡量一国民主程度提高的标志之一。但传统观点认为女性要想成为领导者就要像男性一样具有“刚性”。随着社会不断发展,人们渐渐摒弃了这种观点。实际上,女性从政是有优势的,她们具备独特的素质。但是,女性领导者仍要不断的提高个人素质,并与自身特点相结合,才能在这个仍是以男性领导为主的世界里站稳脚跟。 Social development and organizational environment are also changing.
