自由市场原本个体主义,之所以需要政府,是因为在个体及个体利益之外存在整体及整体利益,政府是代表并看护整体利益的,它决定着个体自由竞争的方向和限度。那为什么政府不进一步深入自由市场,乃至对自由市场大包大揽呢?那岂不更加可以严格代表并看护整体利益了吗?政府的确可以在决定个体自由竞争的方向和限度之外之后越位计划甚至包揽一些大小事务,这是毫无疑问
