本文以当代西方有关族群权利与国家建构争论为中心,分析了当代西方多元文化主义政治思想的局限。认为当代西方的这种政治思潮是建立在“分”的文化基础上的。尽管在实现民族合而共存上,这一思潮提出了不少有益的见解,但依然以形式或制度上的共存为主。本文认为,不同民族之间的共存不仅需要制度上的建设,还需要发展一种内在的相互信任关系,这是民族共存的根本。
This article analyzes the limitations of the contemporary western multiculturalism political thought centering on the controversy of ethnic rights and state construction in contemporary western countries. We think that this kind of political trend of thought in the contemporary West is based on the culture of “sub”. Although this trend of thought has put forward many useful opinions on the realization of the coexistence of ethnic groups, it is still dominated by the form or institutional coexistence. This article argues that the coexistence of different ethnic groups requires not only institutional construction, but also the development of an intrinsic relationship of mutual trust, which is the basis for the coexistence of ethnic groups.
