合成了重要的氨基酸衍生物O-苄基酪氨酸.与文献报道方法相比较,产物的收率提高.合成产物经元素分析、红外光谱、熔点测定等手段进行了表征.测定了该物质在以KNO3为支持电解质、离子强度为0.1mol·dm-3、温度为15、25、35、45℃条件下的电离常数.根据温度系数法及基本热力学关系式求出O-苄基酪氨酸根加质子过程的热力学函数△G、△H、△S.
O-benzyltyrosine, an important amino acid derivative, was synthesized. Compared with the methods reported in the literature, the yield of the product is increased. The synthesized product was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, melting point determination and other means. The ionization constant of this material under the condition of KNO3 as supporting electrolyte, ionic strength of 0.1mol · dm-3 and temperature of 15, 25, 35 and 45 ℃ was measured. The thermodynamic functions △ G, △ H, △ S of O-benzyltyrosine plus proton process were calculated according to the temperature coefficient method and the basic thermodynamic relationship.
