混匀矿中返矿的比率约为25%~50%。如此大比例的返矿会对烧结过程和烧结矿质量产生很大影响。研究旨在揭示返矿量和焦粉量变化的影响。研究采用了因子设计方法,研究表明返矿的产生主要取决于烧结混合料中的固体燃料和返矿比例,增加混合料中的返矿配入量会减少烧结过程中的返矿发生量。烧结过程效率随着混合料中返矿比例的增加而提高(最适宜的混合碱度为1.6)。研究表明,要确保返矿平衡率在90%~110%的范围内,混合料中返矿配比最高不能超过35%,最小不能<25%。
The rate of mixing the ore back to mine is about 25% ~ 50%. Such a large proportion of the return of the ore will have a great impact on the sintering process and the quality of the sinter. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effects of the amount of ore returned and the change in coke dust. The factor design method was used in the study. The study shows that the production of return ore mainly depends on the proportion of solid fuel in the sinter mixture and the amount of returned ore. Increasing the amount of return ore in the mixture will reduce the amount of return ore during sintering. The efficiency of the sintering process increases with increasing proportion of recoverable ore in the mixture (the most suitable mixing alkalinity is 1.6). The study shows that to ensure that the balance of return ore is in the range of 90% -110%, the maximum proportion of return ore in the mixture can not exceed 35% and the minimum can not be less than 25%.
