为了提高君迁子嫁接柿苗成活率,我们进行了柿子接穗蜡封、贮存和嫁接试验。结果表明,贮存14天以内的蜡封接穗,采用切接法嫁接成活率在90%以上。具体办法是:选用柿树当年生健壮枝条作接穗。将工业石蜡在容器中加热熔解煮沸,约为100℃时,用手捏住接穗一端,迅速蘸取蜡液,然后倒过来再蘸另一头即成。贮存时,不加任何覆盖,放于凉爽的室内或背光的室外即可。据观察,在贮放半月之内,蜡封接穗依然新鲜嫩绿,皮皱不明显,芽体变化微弱。要注意的是:蜡液温度过凉,接穗蜡封不好,蜡皮易脱落,会露出表皮而失水,
