本文总结了我所近几年稀土在民品上应用所取得的成绩和稀土在低硫钢中作用的研究。它们是:①稀土高铬铸钢;②稀土镁球墨铸铁煤气管;③稀土蠕墨铸铁散热器;④稀土灰口铸铁;⑤稀土对钢中马氏体形态的影响;⑥稀土对304型不锈钢层错能的影响;⑦稀土对中碳镍铬钼结构钢过热敏感性的影响;⑧稀土提高18Cr2Ni4WA曲轴钢的疲劳性能;⑨稀土对T11NbRE高碳工具钢高温塑性的影响。
This article summarizes the achievements made in recent years in the application of rare earths in civilian products and the role of rare earths in low sulfur steel. They are: ① rare earth high chromium cast steel; ② rare earth magnesium nodular cast iron gas pipe; ③ rare earth compacted graphite cast iron radiator; ④ rare earth gray cast iron; ⑤ rare earth on the martensite morphology of steel; ⑥ rare earth of 304 stainless steel Layer fault energy; ⑦ the influence of rare earth on overheat sensitivity of medium carbon, nickel, chromium and molybdenum structural steel; ⑧ rare earths to improve the fatigue properties of 18Cr2Ni4WA crankshaft steel; and ⑨ the influence of rare earth on high temperature plasticity of T11NbRE high carbon tool steel.
