观察飞龙掌血( Taddalia asiatica Lam)水提物(飞龙一号, F01)对正常动物心脏功能和血液动力学的影响。方法:正常家猫麻醉后开胸,在人工呼吸下观测用药前后动物左心室内压、左室舒张末期压、心室内压变化速率、动脉血压、心输出量和心率等各项参数的变化。结果:两种剂量(73.5、 127mg/kg)的 F01静脉注射后,显著降低 LVP、TPVR、SBP、DBP、MBP、LVWI、TTI和 dp/dt_(max)(P<0.05或 P<0.01);TFI×HR、-dp/dt_(max)、CO、CI和 SI在使用 F01 127 mg/kg后有显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但在使用小剂量F01(73.5mg/kg)后变化不显著(P>0.05);t-dp/dt_(max)和Vce-CPIP在用药后稍有下降(P>0.05);LVEDP和HR几乎无变化。结论:F01除扩张外周血管降低心脏的后负荷外,对心脏有明显抑制作用,从而显著减少心肌作功和耗氧,可能是其抗心肌缺血的另一作用机制。
Observe the effects of Taddalia asiatica Lam aqueous extract (Flying Dragon 1, F01) on cardiac function and hemodynamics in normal animals. METHODS: Normal domestic cats were anesthetized and their chest opened. Under artificial respiration, changes in various parameters such as left ventricular pressure, left ventricular end diastolic pressure, intraventricular pressure, arterial blood pressure, cardiac output, and heart rate were observed. RESULTS: After two doses of F01 (73.5, 127 mg/kg) were injected intravenously, LVP, TPVR, SBP, DBP, MBP, LVWI, TTI and dp/dt_(max) were significantly reduced (P<0.05 or P). <0.01); TFI×HR, -dp/dt_(max), CO, CI and SI were significantly lower after F01 127 mg/kg (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but There was no significant change after using a small dose of F01 (73.5 mg/kg) (P>0.05); t-dp/dt_(max) and Vce-CPIP decreased slightly after administration (P>0.05); LVEDP and HR are almost unchanged. Conclusion: In addition to the expansion of the peripheral blood vessels, F01 has a significant inhibitory effect on the heart, which can significantly reduce myocardial work and oxygen consumption. It may be another mechanism of anti-myocardial ischemia.
