学困生的转化工作是实施素质教育的要求,素质教育的核心之一就是面向全体学生,只有全体学生都得到全面发展,才能使得全民族的素质得以提高,只有从实际上消除大量的学困生存在的事实,才谈得上面向全体学生。每位学生的实际情况不同,必然要求班主任深入了解弄清学生的行为、习惯、爱好及其落后的原因,从而确定行之有效的对策,因材施教,因人而异,正确引导。因此,以爱心为媒,搭建师生心灵相通的桥梁,唤起学困生的自信心和进取心,再进行引导并激励学生努力学习,从而完成学困生的转化工作。
