为探讨运动处方对中老年人肌肉力量素质的影响,对北京市陶然亭社区60名40-59岁的中老年人受试者进行肌肉力量测试。把受试者分成实验组和对照组,实验组按运动处方所给的方法锻炼,对照组按照自己的锻炼习惯进行锻炼,共进行两轮20周的练习。结果表明,实验组较对照组力量指标明显增长,说明按此运动处方锻炼,对提高中老年人肌肉力量效果是显著的。
In order to explore the effect of exercise prescription on the muscle strength of middle-aged and elderly people, the muscle strength test was carried out on 60 aged 40-59-year-old subjects in Taoranting community in Beijing. Subjects were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group exercised according to the method given by the exercise prescription. The control group exercised according to their exercise habit, and performed two rounds of 20 weeks’ practice. The results showed that the strength of experimental group significantly increased compared with the control group, indicating that exercise according to exercise prescription, to improve the muscle strength of the elderly is significant.
