目的了解徐州矿务局下属5个煤矿作业场所存在的职业病危害现状,旨在从源头控制和消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生调查法、检验检测法、定量分级法、职业健康检查等相结合的方法,于2015年对徐州矿务局下属5个煤矿职业病危害的现状开展调查分析。结果 5个煤矿主要存在的职业病危害因素有煤尘、矽尘、化学有害因素、高温、手传振动、噪声。检测结果显示粉尘合格率为86.0%~91.1%;化学有害因素合格率均为100%;物理因素类合格率为82.6%~92.1%,其中手传振动合格率均为0。结论 5个煤矿在化学危害因素的防护方面较好,但部分岗位粉尘、噪声的危害控制有待加强;手传振动防护效果最差,需进一步加强职业卫生防护工作。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational diseases in 5 coal mines operating under Xuzhou Mining Bureau. The purpose is to control and eliminate occupational hazards at source, prevent occupational diseases and protect workers’ health. Methods The methods of occupational health investigation, inspection and test, quantitative grading and occupational health examination were adopted to investigate and analyze the current situation of occupational hazards in 5 coal mines under Xuzhou Mining Bureau in 2015. Results The main occupational hazards in the five coal mines were coal dust, silica dust, chemical harmful factors, high temperature, hand vibration and noise. The test results showed that the passing rate of dust was 86.0% ~ 91.1%, the pass rate of chemical harmful factors was 100%, and the pass rate of physical factors was 82.6% ~ 92.1%. Conclusions The five coal mines are better at protecting chemical hazards, but the hazard control of dust and noise in some posts needs to be strengthened. The hand-to-body vibration and vibration protection is the worst, and occupational health protection work needs to be further strengthened.
