采用一步法和准一步法合成了一系列以三羟甲基丙烷为核的超支化聚酯,并用红外光谱、羟值测定对其进行结构表征。用物理吸附方法将其涂附于石英毛细管内表面,经老化形成超支化聚酯涂层,该涂层能有效地抑制电渗流和蛋白质在毛细管壁上的吸附,在pH5.0的缓冲液中分离碱性蛋白质时,分离柱效达到105塔板数m,且具有较好的稳定性。
A series of hyperbranched polyesters with trimethylolpropane as nucleus were synthesized by one-step and quasi-one-step methods. Their structures were characterized by FT-IR and hydroxyl number. It was coated on the inner surface of quartz capillary by physical adsorption and then formed into hyperbranched polyester coating by aging. The coating can effectively inhibit the electroosmotic flow and the adsorption of proteins on the capillary wall. In pH 5.0 buffer Separation of basic proteins, the separation efficiency of 105 trays plate number m, and has good stability.
