以野生、半野生和栽培大豆为供试材料,盆栽条件下于苗期和花期进行干旱胁迫处理,测定农艺性状及生理指标,利用隶属函数法对鉴定的指标进行综合分析,并对不同时期的形态和生理指标与抗旱性的相关性进行比较。结果表明:在苗期和花期干旱胁迫,不同类型大豆抗旱性鉴定结果表现基本相同。干旱胁迫下,形态指标与生理指标的综合隶属函数值呈极显著正相关,以二者评价大豆的抗旱性结果高度一致;形态指标中单株荚数、单株粒数和单株粒重与抗旱性的关系更为密切(r≥0.90);苗期和花期干旱胁迫大豆的生理反应不同,苗期与抗旱性关系密切的生理指标为可溶性糖含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(r=0.95),开花期与抗旱性关系密切的生理指标为可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量(r≥0.92)。
Wild, semi-wild and cultivated soybean were used as test materials, and potted plants were treated under drought stress at seedling and flowering stages. The agronomic traits and physiological indexes were determined. The membership functions were used to analyze the identified indicators. Morphological and physiological indicators and drought resistance were compared. The results showed that the drought resistance of different types of soybean showed the same results at seedling and flowering stages. Under drought stress, morphological and physiological indices were significantly and positively correlated with each other to evaluate the drought resistance of the two cultivars. The morphological indexes of pods per plant, grain number per plant and grain weight per plant were (R≥0.90). Physiological responses of soybean at seedling stage and flowering stage were different. The physiological indexes closely related to drought resistance at seedling stage were soluble sugar content and catalase (CAT) activity (r = 0.95). The physiological indexes closely related to drought resistance at flowering stage were soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content (r≥0.92).
