通过热力学计算,绘制了25℃下NaOH分解白钨矿Ca-W-H2O体系的溶解组分lgC-pH图。利用热力学平衡图对NaOH分解白钨矿的工艺条件进行分析:根据计算结果,当pH<5.9时,Ca2+浓度迅速增大,白钨矿不能稳定存在;当pH>13.6时,体系处于氢氧化钙稳定区,白钨矿能被碱分解成Ca(OH)2和Na2WO4。结合工业实践进行分析,结果表明只要NaOH浓度足够高,白钨矿就能被彻底分解。
Based on the thermodynamic calculation, the lgC-pH diagram of the dissolved components of Ca-W-H2O system of NaOH decomposed scheelite at 25 ℃ was drawn. According to the calculation results, when the pH value is less than 5.9, the concentration of Ca2 + increases rapidly and the scheelite can not be stably present. When the pH value is 13.6, the system is under the condition of calcium hydroxide Stable area, scheelite can be alkali decomposition into Ca (OH) 2 and Na2WO4. Combined with industrial practice analysis, the results show that as long as the NaOH concentration is high enough, scheelite can be completely decomposed.
