本文着重研究了冷处理温度、时间和次数对消除GCr15钢残留奥氏体的作用及其对硬度、弯曲强度、冲击韧性和尺寸稳定性的影响。试验结果指出:冷处理对硬度、弯曲强度和冲击韧性等力学性能影响不大;降低冷处理温度,对于消除残留奥氏体和提高尺寸稳定性的效果很明显。冷处理时间的作用不如温度的作用大;在选定的冷处理温度下,以一次较长时间的冷处理对消除残留奥氏体和提高尺寸稳定性较好。附图12幅,表12个,参考文献8篇。
This paper focuses on the effect of cold treatment temperature, time and frequency on the elimination of retained austenite in GCr15 steel and its effect on hardness, flexural strength, impact toughness and dimensional stability. The results show that cold treatment has little effect on the mechanical properties such as hardness, flexural strength and impact toughness. Reducing the temperature of cold treatment is very effective in eliminating retained austenite and improving the dimensional stability. The effect of cold treatment time is not as good as the temperature effect; in the selected cold treatment temperature, a longer time of cold treatment to eliminate retained austenite and improve the dimensional stability is better.
