目的研究分析动态心电图与常规心电图用于诊断冠心病的临床应用效果,为日后的冠心病的临床诊断提供更多的依据。方法选取我院2014年5月至2015年12月收治的52例冠心病病患,分为对照组26例(以常规心电图监测)和观察组26例(采取动态心电图检测)两组,对两组病患的检测结果做分析比较。结果经此次研究结果显示,观察组病患的心律失常及心肌缺血检出率分别为25(96.15%)、26(100%),而对照组病患分别为21(80.76%)、22(84.61%),观察组病患的疾病检出率明显高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论动态心电图检测可对冠心病患者的心电信号变化情况进行有效测量,有利于稳定病情,值得进一步做临床推广以及运用。
Objective To analyze and analyze the clinical effect of Holter monitor and conventional electrocardiogram (ECG) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) and provide more evidences for the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the future. Methods Fifty-two patients with coronary heart disease admitted from May 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups: control group (26 cases with conventional ECG) and observation group (with ambulatory electrocardiogram) Group of patients to do the test results comparison analysis. Results The results of this study showed that the detection rates of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in the observation group were 25 (96.15%) and 26 (100%) respectively, while those in the control group were 21 (80.76%) and 22 (84.61%). The detection rate of disease in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Holter monitoring can effectively measure the changes of ECG in patients with coronary heart disease, which is conducive to the stabilization of the disease and deserves further clinical promotion and application.
