顺氨氯铂(简称顺铂)是一种过渡金属络合物,它的荧光光谱特性已经详细研究。顺铂的吸收光谱主要处在紫外区域,在301nm附近有一个强吸收峰。荧光激发谱的峰值也在这个波长附近。我们注意到,这两种光谱的峰值都靠近XeCl准分子激光的波长(3080nm)。顺铂的荧光发射光谱的特征峰位于445nm。
Cisplatin (cisplatin) is a transition metal complex, its fluorescence spectral properties have been studied in detail. The absorption spectrum of cisplatin is mainly in the ultraviolet region with a strong absorption peak around 301 nm. The peak of the fluorescence excitation spectrum is also around this wavelength. We note that the peaks of both spectra are close to the wavelength of the XeCl excimer laser (3080 nm). The characteristic peak of the fluorescence emission spectrum of cisplatin is located at 445 nm.
