目的:探讨美托洛尔缓释片对心力衰竭患者左心室功能的影响。方法:77例心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组(37例)应用洋地黄、利尿剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂常规治疗;治疗组(40例)在上述治疗基础上加用美托洛尔缓释片。比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为67.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔缓释片能明显改善左心室收缩及舒张功能,治疗心力衰竭疗效肯定。
Objective: To investigate the effects of metoprolol sustained-release tablets on left ventricular function in patients with heart failure. Methods: A total of 77 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group (37 cases) was given routine treatment with digitalis, diuretics and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. The treatment group (40 cases) Tolrol sustained release tablets. Compare 2 groups curative effect. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 67.6% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Metoprolol sustained-release tablets can significantly improve left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, the treatment of heart failure is sure.
