当前金融业快速创新发展,使高职院校金融专业人才培养面临机遇和挑战,文章提出了解决应用型金融人才培养中存在问题的改革思路和方法,突出实践环节,构建五位一体化的教学模式。即加强学生综合素质训练,构建课堂内外一体化;强化课内实践训练项目,构建课内专业实训一体化;建设双师素质队伍,构建校内校外专家骨干人才流动一体化;保障校企深度合作,构建人才培养产业发展一体化;打造京津冀院校合作机制,构建教学资源共享一体化。
With the rapid innovation and development of the financial industry, the training of financial professionals in vocational colleges is faced with opportunities and challenges.
