本文从时代与历史的角度对十四大报告中关于加快改革开放和现代化建设步伐这一主体思想进行了阐述,指出和平与发展的世界主题、新技术革命、一球两制的世界格局为我国生产力的发展提供了机会和提出了挑战;从世界历史座标上考察中国的生产力发展现状,更增加了我们的紧迫感和危机感。
This paper elaborates on the theme of accelerating the pace of reform, opening up and modernization in the report of the 14th National Congress from the perspective of time and history. It points out that the world theme of peace and development, the new technological revolution, and the world pattern of one and two systems are the common goals of our country The development of productive forces has provided opportunities and challenges.
