目前,发动机的模拟技术正在被发动机工业迅速广泛地应用。本文正是阐述了形成这种趋势的主要因素,即模拟技术自身在高精度、良好使用性方面的进一步提高,以及桌面上计算机模拟工作装置成本的降低等。而且,目前计算机计算处理能力的不断提高也满足了改进发动机的要求。模拟技术的优势为它的应用开辟了一项新领域——即在“测试与模拟并行”过程中成为完整的测量、测试辅助工具。本文阐述了“模拟与测试并行”概念,并通过将发动机模拟技术引入测试、试验中,探讨进一步利用这项技术的新的可能性。
At present, engine simulation technology is rapidly and widely used by the engine industry. This article illustrates the main factors that led to this trend, namely the further improvement of the simulation technology itself in terms of high precision and good usability, and the reduction of the cost of the computer simulation working device on the desktop. Moreover, the current computer computing capabilities continue to improve to meet the requirements of improving the engine. The advantages of analog technology open up a new area for its application - becoming a complete measurement and test aid in “parallel testing and simulation.” This article describes the concept of “parallel simulation and testing” and explores new possibilities for further exploitation of this technology by introducing engine simulation into testing and testing.
