大学生党员是否能够起到表率作用,不仅影响着其个人的发展,也关乎非党员大学生群体良好风气的养成。本文基于当下在校大学生群体特点和折射出的问题,从大学生主观学习和社会环境客观约束两个方面探究大学生党员的继续培养问题。
Whether college student party members can play an exemplary role not only affects their individual development but also relates to the development of a good atmosphere among non-party college student groups. Based on the characteristics of current undergraduates and their reflections, this article explores the continuing cultivation of undergraduates’ students from two aspects: the subjective learning of college students and the objective restriction of social environment.
